Initial conclusions: disease progression inhibited on board the Tranquility. Immunodeficiency likely a secondary symptom that will lessen as long as the disease remains dormant; monitoring to prove or disprove theory. Dormant state of disease renders infection noncommunicable, and inactive. Only way to be absolutely sure would be to kill patient and see what happens, but 99.9% confident in negligible risk of outbreak having released patient. Although no previous cases of dormant diseases becoming active or otherwise interfered with, cannot guarantee this will not happen and ongoing monitoring must continue in order to stay ahead of an artificially created outbreak.
